Stocktake Inquiry

Use this option to inquire on a stocktake batch. The Stocktake inquiry provides information about the batch including items, quantities counted, bins and variances.

1. Open the Warehouse Scheduler screen.

2. Select the 4. Stocktakes tab.

Micronet displays the Warehouse Scheduler - Stocktakes tab.

Technical Tip This screen is not automatically updated. It is a good idea to select FILE | REFRESH every now and then to ensure you are viewing the most recent data.

3. Double click on the batch you want to inquire on, or select a batch and press Enter.

Micronet displays the Select Process Stocktake screen.

4. Select the Inquiry button.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

5. Select whether you want the inquiry displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.
